Steve Patterson has been a professional headliner since 1997 and has taped numerous national television specials in the past decade including four Just For Laughs galas. His performance in 2010 earned him a Gemini nomination and caused host Steve Martin afterwards to exclaim "If I'd have known he was going to be THAT good, I would have cancelled him." The list of his accomplishments are very extensive and we are very proud to have him as our 2015 MC.

Welcoming Barry back for his second year with FTEC - Barry has acted in theatre across the city and previously hosted a different sort of battle that was filled with rage, aggression, split-second strategy and spray tan -- that being, Miss Canada International. It is very important that you thoroughly review the scheduled events and itineraries below. There will be adjustments made to some components, however it is imperative that everyone is prepared
BEFORE showing up to these events. You will also be contacted prior to these events by your Lead.
NOTE TO FIGHT TEAM: Please note that you should NOT attend any below rehearsals. Your team has been scheduled separately.

We will be using this rehearsal to walk through the event setup itinerary and production schedule. After running though all the components final changes to production must be submitted within 24 hours. This rehearsal will allow us to iron out all of the components and ensure all teams are prepared for the final dress rehearsal May 27 5pm - 10pm.

EVENT DESCRIPTION: We would like to invite the media and sponsors out for a fun night with the Official 2015 Fight To End Cancer Fight Team. Interviews, photo ops, and an Unofficial Weigh-in are just a couple of the elements we will be featuring at Jack Astor's in St. Lawrence Market, our Media Headquarters in downtown Toronto. We will have a VIP Section with complementary hors d'oeuvres, Steam Whistle Pilsner on draft and wine supplied by our official wine partner Louis M. Martini. |

| DATE AND TIME: Wednesday May 27th 2015 - 5:00 - 10:00 pm (Venue Available All Day) LOCATION: 5:00 pm Sharp - Meet in Brule B The Old Mill Inn (21 Old Mill Road, Toronto, Ontario) PARKING: Old Mill Lots CONTACT: Jennifer Huggins - [email protected] 416-666-9314 DRESS: Wear Comfortable Clothing - Bring Costumes if applicable DESCRIPTION: We will be using this day to pull all of the teams and moving parts together to ensure a smooth and successful event. All teams are encouraged to show up for this run-through (excluding the Fight Team). All final details and coordination should be worked out before this date.
We will be using this rehearsal to review the event setup itinerary and production schedule. This is the final rehearsal and opportunity for ques
tions from the teams and leads. It's "Go-Time"
IMPORTANT NOTE: For those who would like to come earlier to workout other details relating to their teams please feel free to book in earlier. The venue has been reserved for the whole day and Jennifer Huggins will be available for coordination questions all day on site (please arrange timing)
