Q - Is it mandatory that I send any or all of these items back?
We strongly encourage you to return the playsuit(s) so that we can issue a refund or credit. We are advising customers to immediately stop using the playsuit(s). Since the zipper tab/pull can become detached this poses a choking hazard to children. Safety is our top priority.
Q - Do I need to send all of my playsuits back?
A - No. You only need to send back playsuits that are part of the recall. See above notice for recalled styles. The affected playsuits were available for purchase after January 27th, 2016.
Q - Are warmsies included in the product recall?
A - No, warmsies are not part of the product recall.
Q - Will Peekaboo Beans be issuing a refund without any stipulations?
A - Yes, Peekaboo Beans will be issuing a product credit in the form of play money or a credit to the original credit card used at the time of purchase for the amount paid. You must provide the original order number and you must send back the affected item(s) to receive the refund/ credit.
Q - What happens if I do not have the original order number?
A - In this instance, we ask that you still send back the recalled product and Peekaboo Beans will issue a product credit in the form of play money based on the lowest selling price.
Q - What happens if I received the recalled product as part of their free or half priced hostess benefits?
A - Simply provide the order number and Peekaboo Beans will provide product credit on the free hostess items and a refund on the earned half priced items for the price paid.
Q - Do I have to send the recalled product back to get a refund?
A - Yes, in order to receive a refund or credit, you must send the item(s) back to Peekaboo Beans.
