New Schedule for Midtown Services in Mt. Vernon and Charles North

STARTING MONDAY JULY 1, 2013

Responding to the requests of our neighborhood Associations to keep Mount Vernon and Charles North looking great for our many weekend visitors, we will implement the following shift in our service schedule:

Full service cleaning of sidewalks and gutters will take place Tuesdays through Saturdays.

All street-corner litter baskets will continued to be emptied seven day a week.

Detail cleaning of Charles Street and North Avenue will be provided on Sundays and Mondays.

"By request" bulk trash pick-up will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays.

We will try to respond to requests for removal of illegally dumped trash within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Service in Bolton Hill and Madison Park will remain on a Monday through Friday schedule with corner litter-baskets emptied 7 days a week.
