USHJA Outreach Program Enhanced for 2017, New Classes Offered
The United States Hunter Jumper Association is enhancing the USHJA Outreach Program with new classes and competition categories. The enhancements will take effect for the 2017 competition year, beginning December 1, 2016.

In the new structure of the Outreach Program, competitions will be organized into two categories to help set member expectations and provide added flexibility for members and competition managers. Additionally, beginning in 2017, USHJA will offer both hunter, jumper and hunt seat equitation Outreach classes with fence heights ranging from crossrails/18" to 3'0".

USHJA Expands Jumper Championships to 1.20/1.25m and 1.30/1.35m Junior and Amateur Competitors
After four successful years, the United States Hunter Jumper Association is expanding its Children's and Adult Amateur Jumper Championships to include 1.20/1.25m Junior and Amateur Jumper, as well as 1.30/1.35m Junior and Amateur Jumper sections across the country. This Nations Cup-style format offers competitors experience that could otherwise only be gained through high-performance show jumping competition.

21 USHJA Members Headed to Horsemanship Quiz Challenge Nationals
New awards announced for EAP National Training Session and HQC Nationals winners
Lexington, Ky. --- November 7, 2016 --- The United States Hunter Jumper Association is pleased to announce that 21 top-scoring Horsemanship Quiz Challenge participants will be attending the HQC Nationals, presented by The Plaid Horse, this week, Nov. 11-13, at Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio.
 
USHJA is also excited to announce that  Lake Erie College will offer scholarships to outstanding participants in the HQC Nationals and Emerging Athletes Program National Training Session, presented by  Dover Saddlery.
