FALA does not follow FUSD in determining whether to call a snow day.  

 

If you have questions about whether FALA has called a snow day, seek the following three resources for information. They will all be updated by 7:00 a.m.

In the event of a snow day, only snow removal personnel will be on campus. Please help to ensure your child's safety by keeping him/her home.

 

If a storm develops after school has started and we decide to cancel classes, we will ask your child to call you. We will also update our website and staff will be on hand to take your phone calls. Staff will remain on campus until every student has left campus.  

 

Late Start Information

A Late Start is called if it has snowed
or is snowing, but a Snow Day is not
necessary. (FUSD calls this a "two hour
delay" but we don't delay for two hours.
We delay until 10:00 a.m.)

11:10 - 12:15 2nd
12:15 - 12:55 Lunch
1:00 - 2:05 3rd Period
2:10 - 3:15 4th Period

10:00-10:45 1st Period
10:50 - 11:35 2nd
11:35 - 12:13 Lunch
12:18 - 12:58 Advisory
1:03 - 1:48 3rd Period
