Fence & Deck Connection partnered with Classic Group Development based in Bethesda, Maryland to beautify and protect the outdoor clubhouse amenities at The Villages at Two Rivers Community located in Odenton, Maryland.  Together, we created a poolside oasis for their residents, including beautiful ornamental steel fencing around the pool, two architectural pergolas, two free standing pavilions and utility enclosures to disguise waste receptacles. COMMERCIAL POOL CODE FENCING
 E nsuring Patron Safety and Protection

Fence & Deck Connection tailors fence and gate options to meet your company's budget, property, and safety requirements. We are experts in  Mid-Atlantic pool codes and ordinances with over 25 years of experience.  For Two Rivers, we used a black powder coated ornamental steel fencing to surround the pool. We chose Ameristar's Montage Plus-Majestic fencing for it's improved panel strength & durability and increased safety & security for children & pets.


PATIO PAVILLIONS
 Adding Multi-Purpose Aesthetics and Shade

Structures such as pavilions are an excellent choice for community spaces, apartment complexes and condos, malls or any area where shade may be needed or required. At the Two Rivers Clubhouse, the two custom free standing  pavilions sit close by the pool, providing shade to pool goers when they are done swimming, as well as providing cover to dining areas for barbecues and parties.  The gabled design was created to match the existing clubhouse, and beautiful tuscan columns were used to support the structure.


POOLSIDE PERGOLAS
Shaded Areas with Minimal Maintenance

Pergolas add partial shade to any outdoor space, while simultaneously adding character, style, and charm. At Two Rivers, we created shaded relaxation areas with minimal maintenance requirements by installing  white vinyl pergolas with Tuscan white fiberglass support columns that tie into the overall look of the clubhouse.

DUMPSTER & UTILITY ENCLOSURES
 Obscuring Views While Keeping Pests Out

Fence & Deck Connection offers solutions for enclosing all types of building maintenance and service areas. Most commercial properties necessitate the use of enclosures for utility units or waste receptacles. Two Rivers maximized aesthetics and minimized cost and maintenance with custom dumpster gates constructed  of Azek PVC deck boards and black square steel framing and posts.
