Leaving Blank Spaces on the PCDS Can Be HAZARDOUS to Your Health!
Please read carefully TWO statements that are part of the new PCDS:
1. On the DISCLOSURE STATEMENT itself, 4th paragraph in all caps: DO NOT LEAVE ANY QUESTIONS UNANSWERED AND DO NOT LEAVE BLANKS SPACES USE "N/A" FOR NOT APPLICABLE, AND "UNK" FOR UNKNOWN.
 
2. On the INFORMATIONAL STATEMENT that is PART OF the Disclosure, 3rd paragraph, in part: The failure of any licensee to inform their client of the clients' responsibilities (not to leave blanks) could subject the licensee to censure, suspension, or revocation of their real estate licensees.
