Welcome to our new 121 Fitness monthly newsletter!  Each month you will find details (and early registration) for the events of the month, free giveaways and bonus deals on services, nutrition and fitness news and tips, recipes and much more.  We enjoy using our skills and passion to enhance your wellness at work, home, and of course at the gym!  
A Tale of Two Sisters
121@Veale & 121@Wyant 
 
After a much planning and preparation, our
two sister locations are finally open! 121@Veale and 121@Wyant exercise spaces are open to CWRU students and employees and non-CWRU 121 Fitness Center members who are attending group fitness classes or working with a personal trainer.  The additional spaces allow us to expand our programming and offerings to all members!
  
Personalized HIIT Classes
Small Group Training
 
The same exercise routine can become boring and
ineffective.  Small Group Training allows you to work closely with a certified instructor who tailors the workout to meet your fitness needs.  Our three new, challenging classes will help you improve strength and stamina while keeping your routine fresh and engaging.  Classes start at $5 and discounted packages are available.  Check out TRX, Kettlebell, and Spartan Bootcamp!
