It is really a good chance to every now and then get a measure of the stats of your swim. It was a great evening with a great bunch of people. Thanks!
M.M.
I was nervous about taking part before I arrived but the atmosphere was so fun and supportive! I loved the sound of the cheers every time I turned my head to breathe!
S.D.
It was so cool that the 'most patient' swimmers got the most cheers - loved it!
T.C.
I really picked up some inspiration watching those incredibly fast swimmers like Alvaro. Such a great thing to witness.

Can You Run The Sens Mile?

The Ottawa Senators asked for our help in designing a special fitness challenge and, on March 4, you'll have your chance to tackle it - inside the Canadian Tire Centre!  Based on our popular Theban Mile, The Sens Mile will see you run 4 laps of the concourse, stopping for a different fitness challenge each lap.  We're proud to be working along side our great friends at Run Ottawa and Movati to help make this event happen.  One more thing: not only does your entry fee include the event and swag, it includes a ticket to that evenings Sens game!!
