This agenda will get the entire conference involved in discussions on how our community is addressing legacy systems all the way to 5th generation systems on land, maritime, and air. This conference will lay a foundation for gaining a shared understanding through discussions by process participants of their perspectives and roles, their data needs and access, and the systems that use reprogramming data. Data standardization, sharing and access issues and solutions will be a foundational element of the conference's framework.
