While Vacation Club University  classes have been well received, they have also been in high demand keeping our resident "Genius" Dave Zukowski very busy!

 

So, about a year ago we started planning how to expand on the idea of the Vacation Club University Classes. 

Much like Boston's " The Big Dig ", it feels like it has taken forever to get anything done.

It started with gathering a great team, lead by David, then we set out to accomplish the following:

 

Phase 1 : Identify topics, create materials and class room curriculum  for not only for using your Vacation Club Points but also for our traditional timeshare owners.

Phase 2: Develop a repository for easy access to support and training materials.

Phase 3 : Hone out in-person classroom curriculum  as well as web-based training classes that you can participate in from the comfort of your home.

Phase 4: Reach out to owners via telephone and email to support participation in classes and use of support materials. We will help you get on Vacation!

Phase 5: Make a series of short online training videos that allow you self-paced access to the information offered in classroom sessions.    

 

Phew...That's a lot!

 

Phases 1-2 are complete and Phases 3-5 are in progress! 

Resource Materials:

The Timeshare Genius Program has put together a library of resource materials that will help you get the best vacations. Materials include information on terminology, product definitions, policy and procedure, as well as how-to-guides that take you through things like using website resources, milestones, booking windows, and how to best exchange your week.
