Honesty.
Being honest with yourself.
This week we need to acknowledge our authenticity.
How do we need to live honestly?
Our inner voice is speaking up and needs us to pay attention to it.
Sometimes we become afraid to live our authenticity, for fear of others judgment.
But, right now all the planets are aligned and awakening us to what we know to be true.
Don't be afraid to be who you are. You don't need anyone or anything to hide behind or be manipulated by.
YOU are the authentic self.
All you need is yourself. Trust your inner wisdom to know the difference between fear, ego, and your truth.
"The truth shall set you free!"
When we ignore our inner voice we are lying to ourselves that we do not hear it.
YOU do hear it.
You always hear spirit. What is your spirit telling you?
You deserve.
You are beautiful.
You are supported!
Trust now on your inner voice to guide you to truth.
Don't be afraid to be truthful. You don't need anyone.
Only Source.
What ever your beliefs, Source energy, God, the Force, know that you are always connected.
You always hear truth. So live it. Own it.

We celebrate the renewal of the energy of our inner child at this time. During our workshop, we will do a guided journey to transform our wintertime wisdom into action, followed by a drumming ritual. We will create a dream board that will help us to focus our action in the coming spring and summer, share stories and community.

Anyone can do it! You will learn the history of Usui Reiki,

Reiki is offered in many different health care settings, hospice, oncology departments and wellness facilities.
We will share Reiki at the end of class in our Reiki Share with many other talented practitioners to help us learn more!
