Authentic heart.
Have you been living authentically?
Today is a 22 day. It means "To Master."
We are also in a full moon, which is reflection.
What is it that I keep fighting within myself that keeps me from living an authentic life?
Is there a situation going on around you that you just can't seem to control? Or can you?
Are you keeping yourself in doubt or blocked because of fear?
Are you afraid of what others may think? Have you been doing these things to make others' happy but leaving you feel like you are cheating your ideals.
That you are now starting to realize that "I need to be authentic!"
I need to walk the walk and talk the talk.
I feel so very strongly, from deep within, that I need to make the appropriate changes in my life that works together with my inner beliefs.
I need to acknowledge how I am feeling, finally. And I need to show who I am. What I feel deep inside to be true, needs to come out.
Why do we consistently find ourselves not living our truth? Because we need to be accepted and that we need to make others happy. We feel we need to do what others are doing, or what they want to fit in. To be loved.
But you are realizing now, that this is a double edge sword. When we live to make others' happy, or think will make them happy, we give up living our truth.
What is your truth?
What do you believe in your heart? What beliefs did you shelve or tuck away and hide because you were afraid?
You could have been afraid for survival purposes. Afraid to be alone. You could have been fearful that your ideas were totally crazy! Or maybe just think that it can never be. Never in this world.
Well, I am here to tell you that when you live your authentic self, miracles happen! When you finally say, "That's enough! I am going to do this the right way!" The opportunities open up!
The damn breaks, the drought ends and the flood waters flow and replenish.
It's time. Live as your spirit wants to live. Your spirit is first, then the physical. Your physical being is your car.
The spirit drives the car. We forget and let the car decide, but it always chooses survival. Moving from one gas station to the next.
What does your soul say? What does it want to create?
Feed your soul today. Listen to what it craves and give it your attention. You just might surprise yourself!
