Leading Your Innovation Process

     Innovation is the current -- and likely forever -- watchword for success, the key to corporate growth or survival, the Holy Grail of business.

     So, we all want innovation to thrive within our enterprises. But who is the best person to lead the innovation process in your company? That's a challenging question. The answer, uttered like the management consultant that I am, is: "It depends."

     I offer the following food for thought: " Who should lead your innovation process?"

Documenting Your Vision

     Your innovation process has yielded a technology or new-product concept, perhaps well-formed or perhaps not. The fact is your innovative notion is going nowhere until you wake up your own enterprise and its outreach elements to the potential economic value of that notion.

     You now have a concept to sell, a vision of a commercial future. Allow me to share my advice on moving your innovation forward: " ConceptVision: A Successful Way to Communicate Your Technology Concept and Its Business Implications".
