all HIPAA and FWA training, SSAE16/SOC2/Type II Audited and undergoes multiple
client audits annually. We have secure, locked facilities in preparing any sensitive

Variable Direct Marketing and custom collateral are powerful SmartQ® features,
making it easier than ever to create customized materials on the fly using your own pre-
approved, brand-standard templates. You can take a mailing, marketing collateral, or
business card with dozens of templates, and merge them into one. Variable templates
allow you to store images & text blocks in libraries, quickly swap them in and out of a
branded document, and preview as you build.
SmartQ®'s interactive approval feature is an integrated time-saver, allowing
users to approve mailings in real-time. Because it's secure, you can assign users to
multiple levels of access for each project - you control how each user interacts with the
site, helping boost accuracy and maintain strict compliance regulations for your
business.
This same system for direct mail can be merged into SmartQ®'s email
campaign feature. You can create pre-approved email templates for e-blasts and
monthly mailings, ensuring that brand-standards and metrics are in place no matter who
creates the final product. SmartQ® also houses an editor for freeform emails when you
need to create a custom piece from scratch. Tracking, testing, database queries, and
interactive user approvals are all fully integrated.
