Introducing the ICF A2E Device
The Integra Cloud Fax (ICF) A2E is a plug-and-play device that connects the facilities you service to your pharmacy's Integra Cloud Fax Network. Inexpensive and easy to install, this compact pre-configured device connects into a facility's existing fax machines, fax-enabled devices, and IT infrastructure enabling them to capitalize on the benefits of ICF.

By integrating a facility's fax machines into Integra's Secure Exchange Network (SEN), pharmacies and facilities are provided the advantages of a private fax network with secure, encrypted transmission and guaranteed in-network delivery of their important healthcare documents.

BENEFITS OF A2E:
  • Extend ICF benefits - security, efficiency, disaster recovery - to the facilities you service
  • Guarantee delivery and receipt of all faxes from A2E enabled machines
  • Never receive a busy signal when faxing to an A2E number
  • Reduced in-network pricing for all faxes
  • No long-distance fees

Logix 2.0 Upgrades Underway
On June 2 nd 2016, Logix 2.0 was introduced to several Logix 1.1 pharmacies with great success.  The Logix team is currently upgrading all remaining 1.1 customers' processes to ensure a smooth transition to 2.0.
While the Logix Technical team is busy converting 1.1 customers, our business analysis team is hard at work developing new automated processes.
"With the new Logix 2.0 platform and dedicated workflow process analysis, the Logix team is able to quickly and efficiently develop and implement new customer process," said Integra Business Analyst Kevin Bailey. "Exciting things are happening with Logix and we're looking forward to the next few months."

DocuTrack Tip: Association Type Filter
In reviewing pharmacies' workflows, Integra consultants encourage pharmacies to take advantage of all of DocuTrack's features. One feature that many DocuTrack users benefit from is using the Association Type drop down in the Document List Pane to find items quicker and expedite processing.
  1. Click the small down arrow next to the "Assoc.'s" and a list of Association Types will show.

  2. Select the Association Type you are interested in seeing. (Example: If you only want to see RX associations, select "Prescription.")

  3. When that change is made, document list will only show information relating to the selected Association Type (e.g. "Prescription").
