SPA InterContinental's 'Sunrise Yoga' is Back!
|
Summer is on its way and so is the popular 'Sunrise Yoga'! Classes will be held every Saturday morning (weather permitting) from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. starting June 2 and ending September 1, 2012. Ideal for traveling yogis, frequent business travelers and local Bostonians, SPA InterContinental hosts this complimentary one-hour 'Sunrise Yoga' class on our waterfront lawn overlooking Boston's glistening Fort Point Channel. This weekly outdoor practice is open to all and is led by rotating certified instructors. All skill levels are welcome. Mats and blocks (combined) will be available for a rental fee of $10 or guests are welcome to bring their own. Reservations are not required.
