Call for Nominations
The 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Dakota Community Centre is set for November 28th.

In preparation, the Nominating Committee of the Board is asking interested individuals to put their names forward to be considered as a Sport Convenor or Board Member for Dakota Community Centre for 2017/18.

If interested, please submit your name, contact info and resume/CV to the Nominating Committee contact person tom@bomamanitoba.ca, on or before October 27, 2017.

Active Living - Active Aging.

Name: Growing Stronger - Strength and Balancing for Older Adults
Location: Dakota Fieldhouse
When:  Every Thursday from Nov. 2 nd – Dec. 21 st , 2017 1PM-2PM

A must try class for the older adult who wants to grow stronger, healthier, more active and independent!

Classes incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight exercises. Lead by a certified exercise physiologist, this is the Gold Standard of seniors' fitness classes.  

Register before October 30th to reserve your spot. 

Dakota Lazers 55+ Members - $55.00
Non-Members - $75.00
