Action for the week:
The bottom line is that your feelings matter. They drive you whether you realize it or not. Last week, you exercised your ability to feel good. This week, l challenge you to learn about all your feelings and the messages that they contain.
Connecting with your feelings enables growth. It allows you to understand yourself on a deeper level. It helps you see how you may be sabotaging yourself and neglecting yourself. Your feelings will give you information that will tell you which direction you should take and embrace. Your feelings are a part of you that should be, needs to be acknowledged and understood.
This week take note of your feelings. Pay attention to what they may be trying to tell you. Allow yourself to become aware of their deeper meaning. Yes, allow yourself to feel good, but also understand why you feel discomfort at times. Look at feelings of distress and ask yourself if you need to do something differently. Ask yourself if you can help yourself in some way. Know that small frustrations may contain a very big message. A message that will empower you in ways that you cannot even imagine.
When you feel good, celebrate those feelings. Wrap your mind around what those feelings mean and make them a much bigger part of your reality. The messages will heal you and build faith and trust. The messages will comfort you and move you toward peace and love.
