For years they lugged sea water, tested, refined batch after batch until, after much trial and error and diligence, they succeeded in their desire-turned-passion to make the first flake-style salt in North America. Their beautiful flakes are deliciously clean-flavored, crisp, fresh with a touch of sweet, without a drop of bitterness.
