March YP of the Month

Where are you from originally?

Pampa, TX then went to Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

How long have you been in Frisco?

In May it will be 4 years.

Describe your job and what you love the most about it?

This is a tough one because there are so many components to my job and so many things I love about it. But, the majority of what I do is dealing with the sports teams and organizations in the community. I make and maintain relationships in the sports world of Frisco. I also handle referrals for our physicians so if you ever need to see a physician, please call me! I also love Baylor Frisco and everything we stand for and what we provide to the community of Frisco. I love helping people, love making relationships, and love sports which makes what I do fun and not a "job".

How did you end up in this career?

SportsCare hired me to be the rep at Baylor Frisco and my responsibilities and job has morphed and grown from there.

When you were an elementary-aged kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a coach just like my daddy.

What are your favorite things about Frisco?

I love the community of Frisco and while it is growing very quickly, some parts still have the "small town" community feel to it. The people of Frisco are great and obviously I love how it truly is a sports community.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy playing and watching sports, I am an avid CrossFitter, serving at Watermark Community Church, spending time with my family and friends, everything outdoors, and being healthy and active.

What is an interesting fact about you that most people don't know?

I am actually shy if I am in a group of people where I don't know anyone.

What makes your company special?

We truly care about our patients and the community we serve in. We strive to as a team to provide outstanding medical care and customer service.

Tell us about your family.

I have an amazing fiance that I will marry this May. I cannot wait to become his wife and begin this new journey in my life. I also have a giant schnauzer named Luka. He will be 12 in June and has been such a sweet blessing in my life. He is the biggest 120lb baby you will ever meet!

Do you have a nickname? If so, how did you get it?

CMac... I was nicknamed this in middle school by my coaches who had already nicknamed my older sister TMac. It has stuck with me since then and now, my dad has become GMac (grandpa McCullough) to my sister's kids.
