Do You Need to Know If a Witness Is an Asset Or a Liability to Your Case?
How well do you know your witnesses? How confident are you in their credibility? More importantly, how confident are you that their credibility will hold up in court? You know that witness credibility can dramatically affect your civil case. Unexpected information and surprises about your witness can cause you and your client tremendous stress, and even worse, can cost you your case.

Even if you are motivated to conduct due diligence to ensure the credibility of every witness, do you have the time and necessary resources to spend? Arkansas Investigations does. We have earned the gratitude and repeat business of our clients for helping them strengthen their civil cases with our thorough and professional witness credibility investigations.

Screening Prospective Jurors When Time is Limited
Your client comes up for trial Monday morning and you need to know what jurors to strike. You only have a limited window of opportunity to learn what you need to know about prospective jurors. Once that window closes, you must proceed with the information you have at hand. Are you confident that you have enough time and the right resources to amass the quality and quantity of juror information you need to make crucial decisions? Are you confident enough to stake your reputation and your client's future on it?

We are. At Arkansas Investigations we have the time and resources you need to screen prospective jurors in a limited amount of time. We work quickly and tirelessly to find the answers you are looking for, so you can spend your time on other aspects of the case. We verify our findings and provide you with complete, standardized support documentation for your reference. With our history of success and impeccable ethics, we give you the assurance that every juror is really who and what they claim to be. Or not.

We all know that there is a "best" jury for every case. Some juror eliminations are obvious - you probably don't want a victim of a violent crime or a strong advocate for the death penalty on a jury panel when you are defending a murder suspect, and you don't want people with doctorate degrees or law enforcement experience on a jury panel in cases involving complex evidence or expert witness testimony against your client - but not all eliminations are so clear.  Arkansas Investigations can help you select your "best" jury confidently and efficiently. Our expertise at juror observation and questioning has delivered positive results for our clients.

Computer and Cellular Forensics to Help Your Case
The digital age is here. According to Pew Research Center, as of January 2014, 90% of Americans over the age of 18 have a cell phone-58% of those are smart phones with apps, social media access, and more. That doesn't begin to address the 32% who own e-readers and the 42% of individuals who own tablets. These portable devices have created a society in which 67% of American adults admit that they check their phones for missed calls, text messages, and alerts whether or not their phone has rung or vibrated. Furthermore, 44% of cell phone users admit to sleeping with their phone beside them for fear that they might miss a call or alert.

More than a quarter of American adults have acknowledged they couldn't imagine living without their cell phones. So what's so important about this handheld device-and why can't many individuals put theirs down?

Many adults now use cell phones to manage their lives and stay connected to others. The use of calendars keep people organized, quick memos allow individuals to take notes on the go, a short text message saves time vs. a lengthy phone call. But what happens when you recognize patterns of usage changing? Is this an indication of deception? It could be...

Though limited on law regarding what information we can and cannot obtain, Arkansas Investigations is able to retrieve data from over 2,900 different phone models and various providers, with more added each day. We receive phones from... Read More
