 Mattress Tip of the Week:
Mattresses are designed to last years. Extend the life of your mattress by rotating it every two to six months. Some manufacturers says it's not necessary but every type of mattress can benefit from a regular rotation. This is especially important to do the first couple of years you are breaking in the mattress. Rotating it 180 degrees from head to foot, promotes more even wear.

Plumbing Tip of the Week:
If you're looking to purchase a home, the following tips may be helpful in choosing a place without plumbing issues. Look for signs of corrosion on water heater. Flush all toilets. Check the water pressure from each shower head. Inspect crawl spaces for water leaks, damage, or inadequate repairs. Avoid homes with lead piping. For adequate water pressure you'll want 3/4" pipes from water source to the home and 1/2" pipes or more to faucets.
