Our Rabbit tasting menus for Easter have been a huge success! Long a tradition in Italy and Europe for that matter, we celebrate 
the season with a fresh, all natural rabbit tasting menu.

***Please note we will be serving our regular priced
brunch and dinner menus; including bottomless mimosas

on Easter Sunday like normal in ADDITION to the tasting menu!

This $55, five course menu will start with :
Carrot soup, Rabbit pate,
Pulled braised rabbit with house gnocchi,
Crispy brick seared rabbit saddle with farro risotto and asparagus,
Amazing carrot cake for dessert

 Our rabbits are sourced from Nicky Farms in Oregon
and are sustainable, humanely raised, and free range
