Greetings!
Thank you from 2017-2018 Chair, Lynn Olberding

ICCE members,

Thank you for trusting me to serve as the volunteer leader of the organization for the past year. It has been a great honor to serve alongside so many outstanding Chamber folks from across the state of Iowa and work to improve and elevate the Chamber industry in Iowa. I have sincerely enjoyed my time in the chair role and know that you all are in amazing hands with Mike Hofman as your new chair. Thank you to Shar and Dowell Management for their outstanding management of ICCE and to all of the board members that I was so fortunate to serve with.

Please continue to stay involved in ICCE activities. Take advantage of the regional meetings, webinars, and resources available on the ICCE website. I hope to see many of you in Newton in April!

Sincerely,
Lynn Olberding,
IOM-Executive Director

2018 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SURVEY!

Submitted from MACE Chair, Robin Anderson

If you have not done so you still have time to complete the MACE Compensation Survey. Remember if you complete the survey, you receive FREE access to the survey results. This is important information for your organization to access to help establish salary ranges for various positions and benefit packages for you and your staff. It is such a help to have this information to make a case to the business people who sit on your board of directors that we operate our organizations in a professional manner. Lets see if Iowa can come in first place with the number of surveys filled out. We are competing with 6 other chambers throughout the Midwest region.

The data collected is confidential and will only be reported in a cumulative fashion.
Questions regarding the survey, please contact Alex Rudie at 651-300-6589.

Note that the actual completion of the survey must take place online
