Taste of Camp
This winter's weather has been especially taunting. From freezing rain and harsh winds to clear sunny days with highs above 40, youth feel teased with the thoughts of outdoor activities. They're ready to be out in the sun, to make new friends, enjoy the fresh air on their skin and learn new skills. Summer has never sounded so sweet, and Iowa State University Extension and Outreach's "Taste of Camp" for youth in Dallas, Madison, Polk and Warren County may be the answer to these intense cravings.
