JULY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Service is our prayer. This month you can join in on a spruce up of the White Rock Lake shoreline, be a reading partner for a student and there's always our monthly shifts at the North Texas Food Bank. Click below for a full list of current volunteer opportunities in the community.

QUILL CARD CREATORS

The Quill Card Creators (QCCs) is a youth (3-16yrs) pastoral care team that creates art for the cards written and sent to congregants experiencing one of life’s joys or concerns. The QCCs will meet this Sunday July 9th from 11-11:30 in Room 210 to create art for the cards. Click below to learn more about this great service opportunity for your kids.

OUR CARING COMMUNITY

We share in joy with Martha and Ray Quigley whose grandson, Orion Skalnik, was born June 28 to daughter Penny and son-in-law Luke, and with Bill and Alice Barnett as they welcome first grandchild Henry Nash Barnett Haviland, born June 30 to daughter Sandy and son-in-law Zak.

Thoughts and prayers go to Rhonda Koetting as she goes through medical testing after a recent cancer diagnosis.

We hold Sarah Grant Reid in our hearts as she continues to mourn the death of brother Will Brewer Grant on May 15 after a 13-year battle with cancer.
