On Tyranny:
Virtual Book Discussion
We're posting on Facebook every day for 20 days (one for each of the book's lessons). Here's an excerpt from yesterday's discussion:

Something that happens in elections and with political parties is a need to “out-American” each other. Our patriotism may be called into question, even as we debate and discuss what is the best for our own country. A one-party state has the capacity to create “the other”-- an “if you’re not with us, you’re against us” mentality. So how do we counter this? How do we create a culture around ourselves that defines “American” in so many ways?

To participate, join the On Tyranny Virtual Book Discussion on Facebook. You'll receive notifications from Facebook each time there is a new post.

We look forward to seeing you online for thoughtful conversation!
