Completion by Design 

On Friday, February 10, Dr. Adrienne O'Neill will attend the Completion by Design Advisory Committee in Columbus with David Kaminski from the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. Completion by Design is a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation initiative that involves Stark State College along with Lorain and Sinclair Community Colleges in developing new and significant efforts to increase completion and graduation rates for low-income students under 26.

Malone University and Canton's Belle Stone Elementary to be Showcased on Discovery Channel's Profile Series

Malone University's School of Education and Human Development and its partnership with Canton's Belle Stone Elementary will be featured on the Discovery Channel's Profile Series on Friday, February 24th, at 7 am.

 

Profile, hosted by Louis Gossett Jr., seeks to create quality programming centered on topics ranging from education to health and medical, the environment and business. The program is not only broadcast through a variety of media nationally but is broadcast in 200 cities and 127 countries internationally.[1]  

 

The segment, produced in conjunction with the Canton City Schools, will showcase the partnership where Malone students gain practical knowledge while working with school staff to impact learning and achievement for students with language differences.
