Milken Ranks Canton-Massillon MSA Second in Ohio on Best-Performing Cities Index for 2013

 

The latest Milken Institute Best Performing Cities Index, published in December, now ranks the Canton-Massillon Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) as second in Ohio and 112 out of 200 in the nation on its large city index.[1] The new ranking represents a climb from 4th place in the state and 149th nationally in 2012.

 

Tagged as "Where America's Jobs are Created and Sustained" the index yearly ranks both large and small cities and their MSAs across the United States on multiple components geared towards economic growth, including jobs, salaries, and technology growth.
