Rochford Serves on College Board Committee

Dr. Joe Rochford was in Washington on Monday and Tuesday at the request of the College Board to serve on its College Keys Compact (CKC) Redesign Committee. The CKC is the College Board's national effort to increase the number of low income students going to college by examining successful practices - such as those in Stark County - and proposing new strategies to policy makers.   

 

Jackson Teacher is Finalist 

Congratulations to Kacy Carter of Jackson Memorial Middle School for being named as a Microsoft Second-Round Finalists for the U.S. Innovative Education Forum. IEF celebrates outstanding school leaders for using technology in their classroom curriculum.
