| It Is Enough! 5/13/15 Matthew 10:24-25 (KJV)
24 The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. 25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?

24 "A student is not better than his teacher. Nor is a slave better than his owner. 25 It is enough for a student to become like his teacher and a slave like his owner. And the United States Marine Corp is "LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD MEN/WOMEN!!!!" These Words have haunted me for several days as I mused on/ thought on and contemplated what Jesus meant? Jesus said, "IT IS ENOUGH FOR THE DISCIPLE (STUDENT) TO BE AS (LIKE) HIS MASTER (TEACHER)!" In a terrible, dark moment of utter depression, the mighty Prophet Elisha hurled his accusation against his God: 1 Kings 19:9-10 (KJV)
9 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah? 10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. SOMETIMES we feel all alone in this world of woe! It "seems" like ALL the good men/women are long gone and the TRUTH will die out with the passing of "OUR" generation. Even the media just yesterday was touting the FALSE "news" that there are fewer Christians in America today! I got NEWS for the media- Have they ever heard of the UNDER DOG winning!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! As Mark Twain quipped: "Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated" The STUDENT cannot rise, the student cannot learn more than the MASTER/TEACHER knows and/have ACCOMPLISHED!!! Our MASTER/TEACHER is ETERNAL and never has nor never will die!!! HE needs not a building to teach in nor pen and paper. HE needs not the internet or multimedia to publish His WORD!!
