Bridges: Lifelong Journey participants at a holiday celebration in December |

Yup, you read that right: "Emerging adults" is a term now used to describe people ages 18-25. And Bridges Together connects this demographic with older adults too! Since September, we've been facilitating
Bridges: Lifelong Journeys with a group of high school students and adult volunteers at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. (This program is funded by
The Sudbury Foundation.)
Although we consider the Lifelong Journeys curricula a "tool kit" for youth about to embark on the next steps in their journeys, the older adult volunteers say it's perfect for them too. Click

"I'm getting as much out of this as the kids are...I'm so excited for how Bridges is spreading!"
