Check your AC unit! Your winter guests might be escaping their White Christmas up north but they still want to sleep in a cool home. If needed, repair or replace your AC unit before your winter guests arrive. Because the compressor unit is housed outside, it may have sustained some damage during the storm. Your AC unit may have been working after the storm but the water damage can take a toll on the unit so we suggest getting it checked out ASAP. Make your charitable donation before December 31st! Contributions are deductible in the year made. To make it count during this tax year, gifts must be made by December 31.
