Incoming Chairman Jim Russ recognizes Earl Shipp for his service to The Alliance. Earl Shipp has been The Dow Chemical Company representative on The Alliance Board of Directors for the past six years. As he retires from Dow, Earl is taking on the position of Immediate Past Chair of The Alliance and serving on the board as an individual.
