NY Writers Coalition Day
The 7 train

Join us for NYWC Day this Friday, May 18, 2012: a day of free creative writing workshops in all 5 boroughs of New York City! Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will make it official with a proclamation at Brooklyn Borough Hall.

Workshops will take place day and night! NYWC creates writing communities where no one ever thought they could exist, so on May 18 we will spin that idea in a fun new direction, and hold workshops in surprising and iconic NYC spots.

Writers of all backgrounds, genres, and experience levels are welcome!

Look for our workshop leaders carrying the NYWC Day banner! Visit our website for details and to RSVP.

Then read with us Saturday, May 19 at 7 pm at Micro Museum, 123 Smith Street, Brooklyn for an open mic reading by NYWC Day
participants as part of this year's Brooklyn Lit Crawl! Space/time will be limited and sign up will be first-come, first serve.
