Well, I think it really IS Spring!! It certainly looks that way in the shop with lots of new cottony things on the shelves! Here are some classes that will make good warm-weather projects; something to fit in between gardening.

This is the one of the coolest patterns EVER!!! No cast-on, no bind-off, no sewing, no gauge!! Perfection!! You can actually use ANY yarn for this, but for our spring version, we used the beautiful SHIBUI LINEN in 3 colors. The pattern, called FOOLPROOF by Louise Zass-Bangham, is easy, fun, and beautiful! Learn to make Cat Bordhi's whimsical baskets! Make a whole bunch - they look cute lined up side-by-side. In the first class, we'll master the moebius cast-on and start the handle, the second week we'll work on the "body" of the basket and the third week we'll throw them all in my old washer and felt them!

An excellent "first sweater project"! A great shower gift for a special baby. Seamless construction for the slightly more adventurous, or minimal seaming if you would rather work all pieces back-and-forth. Change the look entirely depending on your choice of yarn and cute buttons!

Plain or ribbed. Ruffled or not. 4-needles, magic loop or 2 circulars! Any way you like! This time of year it's nice to have a small, lightweight project to carry with you and your feet will thank you next winter!

Make yourself a stylish tote! Great for projects or as a nice big purse. Make it plain or stripey, customize your handles or make it a crossbody bag with one long strap. Beginner crochet skills.

class policies
You must register in advance for all classes with a 50% non-refundable deposit. A deposit may be credited only if you cancel two weeks prior to start of class. There are no make-ups for missed classes.
Any classes cancelled due to weather or emergency will be rescheduled. A materials list will be provided prior to start of class. CLASS PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE MATERIALS. Materials list available in shop or by email.
