This is THE WEEK for a big boil or shellfish steam. Grab the friends and family, get some nutcrackers and go to town on buying a smorgasbord of crab varieties.

New to the Crab world? He's a quick run down on each one we are offering this week:

Snow Crab- Probably the crab most are familiar with. This crab comes from Alaska and can go by the name "Queen Crab" as well depending on where you're from. This item comes as a "cluster" meaning you get one whole side of the crab, the legs and the claw. The meat has a light sweetness to it, and comes fully cooked.

Blue Crab-  A Maryland favorite. This item comes live and only on Fridays! Steaming is the way to go on these with some Old Bay for flavor. Here's a helpful video on how eat them!

King Crab- The King is King. Large spears  of  snow-white meat, with highlights of bright red. Perfect to go with just some clarified butter. This item is sweet, and succulent. Best steamed just to bring up to temp, as this item is already cooked.

Stone Crab-  A Florida staple and arguably a crab meat even more delicious than King Crab. Sweet and buttery and fully cooked. This item can be served hot or even cold with just some clarified butter, or with a mustard sauce. We are also bringing in the Texas variety this week. They're a little smaller, with a slightly different flavor profile, but still absolutely delicious and a bit cheaper too! Try them both out to compare and contrast!

Dungeness Crab- This crab comes to us from the West Coast. Dungeness crab has a sweet, mild and slightly nutty taste with tender body meat and leg meat which is slightly firmer. This item is fully cooked and comes as a whole crab that weighs about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds!
