Cold weather brings out the best taste and texture in winter crops: kale, cauliflower, chard, broccoli, etc. It also brings out the best farmers,ranchers and food producers - dedicated to supplying healthy, homegrown food to their loyal public. Come by to support them in their efforts and enjoy the amazing food they provide. 
FRESH EGGS AND CHICKENS

Hairston Creek Farm will bring dozens of fresh yard eggs and free-range chickens to market today.  Fresh fryers and broilers, within hours of being processed, aren't available everyday - so get to market to get one of these delectable birds!
MILLFOS BEEF SALES BENEFIT WORLD MISSIONS

Ursula Higgs cares about how she raises her cattle (on green pasture, with humane care) and  about the proceeds from her sales. Every purchase of Millfos Ranch beef helps support medical doctors and hospitals in Africa and South America who bring help to children and adults in Kenya, Tanzania, and Ecuador. The Dripping Springs Farmers Market offers local, homemade and self-produced foods and goods. Many vendors offer samples on site. More information on individual vendors can be found on our  websiteIf you have questions or would like to apply as a  vendor, please email us. 
FARMERS MARKET BOARD

The City of Dripping Springs Farmers Market Board meets the third Thursday of each month at City Hall, 511 Mercer Street.

Our Mission

The mission of the Dripping Springs Farmers Market is to provide  a gathering place for the community where:

* Local agriculture and value-added product producers sell a variety of fresh agricultural and related products directly to the consumer.
* Consumers may learn the uses and benefits of quality, locally grown or prepared food products and access local services and hand-made crafts as provided in the Market's rules.

The City of Dripping Springs believes that local agriculture is essential to the region's economy and is committed to making economic and educational connections between residents and local agricultural producers through the Dripping Springs Farmers Market. The Market is a Texas Department of Agriculture certified farmers market and operates in accordance with all city, county, state, and federal laws, for the benefit of vendors and customers alike.
