I have a wonderful
Homecoming and CWG Birthday Party to tell you about, and I know that just the right handful of people, out of the millions who have read
Conversations with God and the thousands getting this letter, will be joining me May 27-31 in Los Angeles to celebrate -- and I can't wait to see if you'll be one of them!
On May 5, 1995 the first edition of
Conversations with God rolled off the press at Hampton Roads Publishing Company. This May marks the 20th Anniversary of that wonderful event, and in celebration of that milestone, I have been invited to produce my special Homecoming program at the home of a dear friend of CWG, Ms. Peichin Lee, in Los Angeles.
When Peichin realized it was our 20th anniversary she immediately offered her spacious home as a place where she could host a very special celebration -- including a private Saturday night reception and celebration and a Sunday night Birthday party, each with buffet dinner and music -- all hosted by her as her thanks for all that CWG has brought into her life.
What we have planned for the five days in Los Angeles is the presentation of The Homecoming-my special program which you may have heard about before-followed by the Saturday evening reception and celebration and the Sunday evening party.
The Homecoming is unlike any other program I offer. It is three full days and evenings (9am-9pm) of deep and wonderfully personalized exploration of the messages of
Conversations with God, with a sharp focus on their application in every day life.
This is a live-in experience, with participants sharing in-home time with me at breakfast, lunch, and dinner and all the time between, as we share extensive discussions about exactly what CWG is telling us, and precisely how its wisdom works as a practical matter in one's on-the-ground expression.
There is room for only 9 people in this program, and I hope you can be one of them. It does invite a substantial commitment of time and personal resources, so I know that it is not possible for everyone. That is why I offer other programs throughout the year that provide opportunities for all people to connect with the CWG material and work with me on it. These other programs include an absolutely free 3-day retreat, offered no charge whatsoever to anyone who wishes to attend.
