February is the American Heart Month and the significance of a Happy Healthy Heart is much more for the elderly. For this Valentine's day weekend, here are some ideas to make it special for your seniors - plan a reunion to spend time together,  take them to their favorite spot in the town, prepare a special Valentine's day dinner or just have a grandson/granddaughter write a comforting Valentine's day card for them.
