Five days of fun, frolics and lots of dancing!!

After the success of our retreat to Deia we are thrilled to announce our fabulous NEW retreat to Italy!

The Villa Masseria della Zingara is a beautiful 5 star 18th century farmhouse refurbished to an exceptional standard with 8 bedrooms, a large swimming pool, and its very own fitness studio where we will be holding classes.

5 nights, 6 days of fitness, fun and frivolity - return feeling relaxed & fit! 

Classes will include:
Zumba, Piloxing, Abs/Glutes & Latin Dance Night with Amanda
&
Ballet Sculpt, Pilates, Stretch, AquaFit & Nordic Walking with Kevin



But don't think it's all hard work...there will be ample time to relax by the pool, top up your tan and have the opportunity to explore the medieval white towns of the Ville d'Itrea & the unspoiled Puglian coastline which is a mere 7 kilometers away.

Accommodation
The bedrooms are a combination of twin, double and a studio (a small supplement will be made for a private room - 2 available), bed linen, pool towels, wi-fi, bicycle hire.

Food & Wine
Dinner on arrival night, breakfast, lunch & dinner each day (except for two nights when we shall be visiting local trattorias) and breakfast on departure day. Local wine, soft beverages, coffee & tea.
(spirits are not included, dinner on two nights will be at local trattorias restaurants and will be an additional reasonable cost)
 
Classes
All classes will be included including all equipment required.  Minimum three classes per day.
 
Transfers
Transport from the airport to the Masseria and the return journey is included. Taxis will be required for the two nights out of the Masseria and will be split between the whole party.
 
Massage and Mani/Pedis
 
Sports Massages, Deep Tissue Massages, Manicures and Pedicures will be available at an additional cost.  Prior booking required.
