Volunteer Partners
Volunteers were an essential part of the 2017 JA JobSpark experience.

Whether you were greeting students on their bus, assisting with traffic flow, welcoming students & volunteers inside the pavillions, answering questions, managing the hospitality room, or engaging students in a cluster, you contributed to the overall success of the event .

Junior Achievement of Central Indiana recognizes our Outstanding Corporate Volunteer Partners.

Mark your calendars for the third annual JA JobSpark on September 25-26, 2018 . More information on how to participate as a volunteer will be available this summer.
Student Experience
Prior to attending JA JobSpark, students participated in a career-readiness curriculum created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana and facilitated by classroom teachers.

At the event students learned about skills needed for jobs that will be in demand when they graduate though hands-on experiences in eight career clusters.

Students began the JA JobSpark experience with mostly abstract notions and left the event with real insights on the industries that interest them, what specific jobs are like and the education that is required to be successful in those jobs.
