STAR STUDENT

Khai Mitchell
6 th Grader
JA BizTown Alumnus

"The Muma JA BizTown is like Corporate America run by kids!  Walking down the main street of BizTown on both sides you will see realistic businesses.  There is a lot of activity in those businesses because everyone is busy doing their job!
I got to go to JA BizTown twice, once with my school as a 5th grader and again during the summer.  The first time I was the CEO of USF/TGH Health and the second time I was the operating room nurse because it was most similar to my dad's job.
I enjoyed problem solving as situations came up.  For example, when the radio manager was arguing with the security officer, I helped resolve the issue.  I also saw a lot of team work and the ability to work independently.
When I turn 13 I plan on starting up a doggie hotel or at least work in one, and by the time I am 30, I want to be in the Air Force and become a surgeon like my father did.  And beyond that, gain the leadership skills that I will need to someday be President.  Thank you Junior Achievement!"
Thank you to our Volunteers!
