OKLAHOMA!
St. Ann's Warehouse Full Cast Announced
OKLAHOMA! , opening at St. Ann's Warehouse this Fall, has announced the full cast for the upcoming production. The show resurfaces as a fresh and daring new work with a seven-piece band playing all new arrangements of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s beloved classics.

Rebecca Naomi Jones will star as Laurey alongside Ali Stroker as Ado Annie. They will be joined by original cast members Damon Duanno as Curly, Patrick Vaill as Jud Fry, Mary Testa as Aunt Eller, and James Patrick Davis as Will Parke. Additional new cast members include Michael Nathanson as Ali Hakim and Mitch Tebo as Annie's Father.

“Daniel Fish’s vibrant, essential excavation of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s 1943 classic asks that we listen with virgin ears…. And what do we hear? Why, America singing, of course, in all its insolence and innocence, its optimism and anxiety, its gregariousness and its guardedness — America as it was, and is, and probably shall ever be.” – Ben Brantley,  The New York Times  (2015)

The Off-Broadway run is presented by producer Eva Price and St. Ann’s Warehouse. Performances will begin September 27 in the Brooklyn theatre.

WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE BUSINESS
A comeback role for Boston theaters? - The Boston Globe

For much of the 20th century, the road to Broadway ran through Boston, where savvy audiences at the Colonial, the Shubert, or the Wilbur routinely got the chance to pass judgment on new musicals and plays before New York ever laid eyes on them.
