Happy Birthday America!
And Happy Birthday to
Murder Cafe! It's hard to believe we're starting our 19th year. Our little theater company was conceived in Las Vegas in July 1998 by me, and partner-in-crime, my wife Kristen. By the end of our first year we were producing and performing murder mysteries for corporate events, fundraisers and schools. Two years later we were writing our own scripts and had developed the only holiday, family-friendly, dinner show in Las Vegas which was our interactive version of
A Christmas Carol. In 2017 Scrooge, the Cratchits and the Ghosts of Christmas will return to entertain new fans along with our loyal following at a variety of venues in the Hudson Valley region of New York.
Currently we're enjoying a successful run of our new show,
Twisted Cabaret, which has been selling out on The Pride of the Hudson Cruise Boat and The Vanderbilt House in Philmont, NY and will be offered at
Arts at the Chocolate Factory this month.
And back by popular demand, one of our funniest...
Murder at the Mic, with a great new cast, new songs and as always, a chance for the karaoke-minded in the audience to participate. See below for details.

TWISTED CABARET
MUSIC! COMEDY! MAYHEM!
A gagged up fusion of classic American songs with cutting edge and old-school comedy and audience interaction. This thrill ride of a variety show features vocal magic by Lydia, wickedly funny business by Casey, keyboard wizardry by Jeremiah and knockout punches by emcee, Frank. This hot summer show begins and ends with a bang.

MURDER AT THE MIC
or who killed the karaoke singer?
You're invited to enter the glamorous and cutthroat world of karaoke competition. Someone is killing the contestants at your annual Karaoke Clash. Jock Monte Bloch will invite audience members to sing from a pre-selected playlist. The contestants competing for the trophy include punk rocker Jools, hard rocker Judd, Broadway diva Berdie Zimmerman, lounge legend Jerry Saks and America's sweetheart April-May.
Now in it's 5th year!
NOTE: This is a fully scripted comedy-musical murder mystery
with
a lot of audience interaction. There will be a karaoke playlist provided and you can join the competition
or simply enjoy the show.
