Do you have trouble falling asleep, or wake up and cannot get back to sleep? Let's change that.
More than 60 million Americans struggle with sleeplessness or insomnia also. Yoga has been found to help improve sleep quality and quantity. If you are one of these many people that can benefit from improved sleep, please consider joining me through a 3-part workshop series.
Together we'll explore the effects of our daily lives through reflection, journaling, and discussion. We'll spend time moving through a physical practice and using breath techniques to help slow our bodies and minds. Each workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. All information will be given in a format that can be easily personalized to individual needs. Attendees will be encouraged to create a practice they can fit into their bedtime routine for better, more restful sleep.
