Join us for a celebration of the life and works of this talented and widely collected artist.  With a passion for art from his earliest memory, Robinson's career spanned over 50 years.

"A fourth-generation Texan, Robinson was a multi-faceted man, preserving the historic landscape of his beloved home state through his paintings, playing the piano and guitar, and even writing some original compositions.  James B. Robinson was born in Texas, lived his entire life there, and dedicated himself to capturing the beauty of its land and people.  In the process, he became somewhat of a visual historian, preferring to head off the beaten path in search of scenes that remained untouched by the hand of human progress."
-Vicki Stavig, excerpt from forthcoming boo k , "The Art of James Robinson"
