Welcome to a new year everyone.  What does this time of year mean to you?  For some of us it's business as usual but for others it is a chance to start anew.  While scrolling for a prayer for my New Year's Eve dinner guests, I came upon the below recipe from a site called www.nanascorner.com  and wanted to share it with you. I encourage you to find even one piece of this recipe that you can incorporate into 2018 to make it just a little bit better.  I wish you all a year of peace and happiness.  If you ever need help in acquiring either of those, please let me know and I am here to assist.

This is newsletter #97.  Working on some wonderful ideas for #100.  If you have any thoughts or suggestions, I always enjoy hearing from my readers.  Happy New Year!!

Please pass along to family and friends who may be interested in the monthly content of this newsletter. Creating a web of knowledge helps those in need.

Sincerely,

From The Positive Perspective......

Recipe For a Happy New Year

Take twelve whole months.
Clean them thoroughly of all bitterness,
hate, and jealousy.

Make them just as fresh and clean as possible.

Now cut each month into twenty-eight, thirty, or
thirty-one different parts,
but don't make up the whole batch at once.

Prepare it one day at a time out of these ingredients:

1.  Mix well into each day one part of faith,
one part of patience, one part of courage,
and one part of work.

2.  Add to each day one part of hope,
faithfulness, generosity, and kindness.

3.  Blend with one part prayer, one part meditation,
and one good deed.

4.  Season the whole with a dash of good spirits,

a sprinkle of fun, a pinch of play,
and a cupful of good humor.

5.  Pour all of this into a vessel of love.

6.  Cook thoroughly over radiant joy,

garnish with a smile,
and serve with quietness, unselfishness,
and cheerfulness.

7.  You're bound to have a happy new year.
