Manager's Message

Hopefully, by now you've recovered from all of the holiday festivities and you're settling into a wonderful 2018! We are ringing in the new year with some changes around the CCMC/Morrison Ranch office that we wanted to share with you.

We are excited to announce that starting this week, Pattie Hood has officially joined the CCMC/Morrison Ranch team. She is now our full-time Operations Manager and she will be overseeing the design review process, compliance, and many of the day-to-day activities that help our office run smoothly. She's a 3-year veteran of CCMC and she most recently served as the Assistant Community Manager at Johnson Ranch. Pattie fits right in and brings a wealth of experience to the position and to our community. She hails from Austintown, OH and she's worked in real estate, purchasing, and she even served as treasurer for the 4th ward city council in Youngstown, OH.
Pattie will be answering the phone and sitting at the front desk in our office to get to know all of you, so please make sure to be extra nice to her if you call or drop in!

We also have some changes to our lifestyle position to share. This month we are saying goodbye to our Lifestyle Director, Kirsten Mussi. She is expecting her second child any day now and she has chosen to stay at home with her kids. I warned her that her two new "bosses" could be a lot more demanding and will require much longer hours, but we wish her well as she takes on her new job as a full-time mom! Although she's only been with us a short time, she has worked tirelessly to grow our lifestyle department and make sure all of our favorite events go off without a hitch. We are thankful for her attention to detail, her spunky, fun-loving personality, and the time that she spent with us organizing our community-wide events.

Thankfully, our signature events and our lifestyle department will be in excellent hands. Tasha Fink, our seasoned Communications Coordinator, is stepping into the role of Lifestyle Director this month. She has an extensive events background and she's also a well-connected Morrison Ranch resident. She's kicking off the year with two brand new events (Morrison Ranch's Got Talent and BMX Bike-A-Palooza) and she's already begun preparations for our large annual events that have become staples of our community.

We are poised for an exciting 2018 and we invite you to enjoy the ride with us! Happy New Year!

Community with Character Award
January Award Winner
Each month we recognize neighbors who exemplify why we are a "community with character." This month, The Morrison Ranch Community with Character Award goes to Morrison Ranch Residents!

So many of us love peanut butter for its great taste, nutrition or just for the wonderful childhood memories we get when we bite into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. You may not realize that peanut butter helps make ends meet for thousands of people who use food banks in the United States, in fact, one 15 oz. jar of peanut butter can help make up to 15 peanut butter sandwiches for a family in need.
In December, we teamed up with United Food bank and asked you to donate one jar of Peanut Butter to our peanut butter drive.  Because of  your generous donations, we collected over 100 jars of Peanut Butter in just 3 weeks. We would like to give a special shutout  to all the residents that participated   in helping to stop hunger one jar of peanut butter at a time!

These small acts of kindness add up to one big community with character and we are thankful to have each of you as part of our Morrison Ranch Family!
Do you have an incredible neighbor you'd like to nominate for our Community With Character Award? Email to submit your nomination. Winner receives Harkins Movie passes and a feature article in our monthly Newsletter!
